How do you determine program pricing?

Pricing is based on the level of support, customization, and accountability you need. Every program is designed around your goals, experience level, and how hands-on you want the coaching to be. I offer different tiers to make sure you're getting the right value for where you are in your journey.

How much time do I need each week?

Most programs are designed to fit into busy schedules. You’ll typically need 3–5 sessions per week, each lasting 45–75 minutes, depending on your goal.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. I can build programs for home, gym, or hybrid setups based on the equipment you have available.

What happens after I complete a program?

You can either renew with a more advanced plan or shift to a maintenance phase. The goal is to make sure you leave every phase stronger, more knowledgeable, and in control.
